Shipping Costs: We ship our products within Canada via Canada Post Xpresspost. We have found this service to be very efficient and very reasonably priced. It also allows for tracking of the shipment. The service standard for delivery within Canada is 2 to 3 business days. The shipping and handling fee within Canada is $10.00 CAD per order. Note that this is the TOTAL shipping cost per order.

Local pickup is available in order to avoid shipping cost.  If you are in the Nanaimo, BC area and would like to pickup your order, please send us an email for details before ordering.  

Shipments to the continental United States are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. We have found this to be the most reliable and economical method of shipping to the United States while still providing tracking service. The delivery standard varies from state to state from 6 to 10 business days. The shipping fee to the continental United States is $15.00 CAD per order. Once again, this is the TOTAL shipping cost per order.

Other international shipments are sent via Canada Post Small Packet Air. For other international deliveries the standard is 6 to 10 business days. The charge for other international orders is $20.00 CAD per order. Unfortunately tracking is not available with this service.

Your purchase will be individually packaged in drawstring bags and will be shipped in a padded pack for added safety. We will advise you when shipment is made and also provide the tracking number. If you have any questions regarding shipping please contact us at:
